Denean Williams – Managing Director

Mr. Williams serves as a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer of The Full Circle Group, a leading provider of talent management, computer and career training through local workforce development initiatives, open enrollment courses and corporate training initiatives. His responsibilities include leading the firm’s business development, financial management, and strategic planning.  Mr. Williams also provides a leading role in Full Circle capabilities around talent management and its custom technology services. Prior to Full Circle, Mr. Williams was an executive at SEI Investments (NYSE: SEIC) where he was the Global Head of Quality.

He began his career researching quantitative investment managers on SEI’s investment management Tiger Team, in addition to roles in product development, compliance, and advanced investment technology. Previously, Mr. Williams was a senior management consultant with Deloitte & Touche specializing in financial service product design, beginning his professional career in 1992.

Mr. Williams holds an MBA in general management from the Harvard Business School.  He holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in engineering degrees from Purdue University and the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Williams sits on the Bryn Mawr Trust Company (NASDAQ: BMTC) Wealth Management Advisory Board, and Egan-Jones Ratings Company Board.  Mr. Williams is the Board Chair of the ‘Urban Affairs Coalition’ pension committee; Board Treasurer & trustee of the ‘Northern Home For Children’ investment committee, trustee of the ‘Volunteer Nursing Association’ investment committee, and board member of the United Way of Southeast PA and NJ.  Mr. Williams is a previous board member of the ‘Money Management Institute’ committee and has previously received the prestigious Philadelphia Business Journal’s “40 under 40” award.
