John Pritchard

John Pritchard – Director, SEI Investments

John Pritchard has over 30 years’ experience within the financial services industry, of which over 20 years have been leading people to successfully institute processes, programs and products. In his current role as the Director of Knowledge Management, he is a leader and practitioner of education and knowledge management within SEI. He is responsible for creating a blended learning approach for a new service offering supporting the wealth management segment that is being introduced into the market. The learning approach was created combining elements of both formal education curriculums combined with the informal and social learning’s of the subject matter experts.

Prior to his current role, John was the VP of the Change Management organization within SEI’s Global Operations Business Services Unit. His team was responsible for implementing both service and technology changes across the global operation. In his tenure with SEI, he has also been responsible for product management for a large-scale investment processing technology and services solution.

John has been a member of many industry associations including the Knowledge Leaders Forum, Securities Industry Association, Financial Services Technology Network to name a few. John earned his degree at Orlando College and graduated with Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Associates Degree in Computer Science.
